Children are prone to go astray frequently in their adolescence. Ignored during their transitional period into womanhood or manhood, they will be lost not only for themselves but also for their beloved ones forever. While they are supposed to devote much of their time with class books and home work, they need to be motivated to develop their instincts such as decision making, setting goals for their life, developing hidden talents, etiquettes, confidence building etc. In modern world, one’s occupation and personality indicate the standing in society.
A majority of students lack career guidance to thrive after high school. In general, students are found to narrow their choices to either engineering or medicine.
Our aim is to provide information on various careers available and provide necessary tips in choosing a right career for high school students, especially class IX students.
Career Guidance and Personality Development is a unique program designed by Schindlers particularly for teenage school students to turn to be well-informed and confident, successful individuals.
