I joined Schindlers Corporate HR Certificate Program in the month of October, 2007. This course helped me not only to enhance my knowledge & brush up my skills but also helped to gain great exposure for my career growth. This was possible as the faculty is vastly experienced and comprised practicing professionals that concentrate on the growth of the individuals. We had one on one interactions, group discussions, mock interviews and practical exposure of screening profiles using various techniques, giving different searches in job portals to retrieve profiles matching with the requirements / job descriptions given by the clients. The practical sessions helped me to be an excellent recruiter in my organization and now I have been promoted to be the Recruitment Manager for my team.

The Corporate HR Management Course conducted by Schindlers was highly inspiring, challenging and mentally stimulating. We started out as raw hands and turned out personable, well-informed executive material. The experience @ Schindlers was once in a life time thing - not to be missed for its wealth of info.

My experience says, it was one of its kind, which would start and finish on time. The faculty was good, and had an awesome knowledge about the subject they were handling. This course has made me think much diversely about HR as a subject and as a practice. I walked in with a doubt, and now the perspective about the course has changed.
