PATRICK MANNE
Patrick has over three decades of professional experience in Human Resource Management, Consulting & Training. His expertise extends from Healthcare to Software and extended industries. His professional qualifications include a Masters in Social Work. Prior to launching Schindlers Consulting, Patrick was managing Corporate Global Recruitment & HR at Mphasis-BFL Software, one of the leading IT concerns in India. Earlier, he had a successful stint with Zenith Software as Head – HR. He has also served in UB group and Kirby India (Alghanim group) in the Senior Management (HR Operations).

FLORENCE MANNE
Florence has over two decades of professional experience in the area of Software Development in India and USA. Prior to joining Schindlers, she worked and consulted for well-known organizations like MASCOT Systems (iGate Global Solutions Ltd,), Circuit City & RCCL - USA.

Florence brings to the table her expertise in consulting, sourcing, training & development of critical & rare skill sets. Florence is responsible for overall technical operations at Schindlers.
